We believe in offering the Very Best ...Value, Quality and Selection. If your cable fails or needs to be replaced, simply return it to us for an exchange.

Exchanges.  If you order the wrong cable, you can return it in new condition with the cable covers intact, within 30 days of purchase. Please include the original shipping price by check or money order, to cover the return postage back to you.

Returns.  Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return a cable for a refund, the cable must be in new condition and include the original cable covers. Shipping charges are not refundable. You will also be charged a 25% restocking fee on all cable returns.
